The TranquilMind program is a 4-week program developed from scientific research demonstrating the effectiveness of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy for anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery. One-on-one program sessions are delivered via Zoom in the comfort of your own home, and recordings are provided for use in your own time. The program:

HOW IT WORKS

Psychotherapy is a form of talk therapy where individuals engage in conversations and discussions to address emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges. The process involves exploring thoughts, feelings, and experiences to gain insight, find resolution, and improve mental well-being. Hypnotherapy is a form of positive psychology. By developing your strengths rather than focusing on your weaknesses, beneficial changes to your thought patterns, feelings, and behaviours can be facilitated. The TranquilMind program uses gentle therapeutic suggestions to stimulate your brain to reorganize its structure, function, and connections (via neuroplasticity). This can reduce the incidence of distressing or irrational thoughts that may be contributing to your anxiety, and increase your ability to engage in more resourceful thoughts and behaviours. The vast majority of people find the sessions very pleasant. Sitting or lying in relaxed position with your eyes closed, you only need to listen. You will learn a more efficient form of breathing and will be guided to release any unnecessary muscle tension that you previously may have been unaware of. From your first session, you will grasp the ease with which you can cultivate a tranquil mind, allowing you to feel calm, relaxed, and in control whenever the need arises.
