Your consultation will be via Zoom and by the end of our 30-minutes you'll have a better sense of whether I'm the right person for you. If it becomes apparent that you require specialized treatment beyond beyond the scope of my practice, I can refer you to an alternative provider or service.

Do I Need a Mental Health Treatment Plan to see a Counsellor or Clinical Hypnotherapist?
- The good news is you don't need a Mental Health Treatment Plan to connect with our counselling or clinical hypnotherapy services.
- A Mental Health Treatment Plan under the Better Access initiative offers Medicare-subsidized sessions with a psychologist or an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW). Payment of a gap fee is usually required.
- In many cases, a counsellor or hypnotherapist can be just as effective in helping individuals with mild to moderate psychological issues, offering a flexible and accessible alternative.

Fee information if you are a Hypnotherapy Training Australia (HTA) student or a victim of a serious crime
- As a HTA student you are required to undergo 3 hypnotherapy sessions with a HTA recommended therapist. Fees are capped at $100 per session.
- If you are a crime victim you may be eligible to have your therapy costs covered by the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal (VOCAT).
